About the Founder
Eyal Shlomo, the founder of NSIES, is an attorney and a specialist in Middle Eastern affairs, Islamic culture, and strategic negotiation. Over more than two decades, he has served in senior state-security and governmental roles, including responsibilities in political coordination, protocol management, and cross-agency liaison within sensitive operational environments.
His multidisciplinary background combines legal practice, behavioral analysis, investigative interviewing, and cultural intelligence, with a strong focus on Arabic-speaking and Islamic contexts. Throughout his career, Eyal has worked at the convergence of law, security, and intercultural communication—fields that demand precision, discretion, and a deep understanding of complex human dynamics.
